That One Wolf Bot - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using That One Wolf Bot ("the Application"), a Discord bot owned and operated by Charles Daigle (theonlycorruptedwolf@gmail.com) ("I," "me," or "my"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.

 

2. Links to Other Websites

That One Wolf Bot may interact with other Discord servers or services that are not owned or controlled by me. I have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party Discord servers or services. I do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their servers.

You acknowledge and agree that I shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party Discord servers or services.

I strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party Discord servers or services that you visit.

 

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are prohibited from using the Bot to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.

• Spam or flood the Bot or any Discord server.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its systems.

• Distribute malicious software or engage in any other harmful activity.

 

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
 

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Bot; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Bot; (iii) any content obtained from the Bot; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. This limitation applies regardless of whether I have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

 

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), arising from your use of the Bot or violation of these Terms.

 

7. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

9. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If I make material changes, I will provide at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Bot after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
